Is your food ready to eat?
Please take note that all products sold must be re heat or re cooked before consumption.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver to you daily from 10am to 7pm, Monday-Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays depends on available slots.
When will i receive my goods after placing my orders?
You will receive a confirmation sms once your orders is being processed. Alternatively you can Watsapp +65 91902288 for enquiries.
How many days in advance must i place my orders?
You need to place your orders 2 days in advance. Eg. Place your order on Monday, you will receive the items on Thursday.
Do you delivery to my neighbourhood?
We deliver to most addresses in mainland Singapore, except the following postal code starting with the 1st two digits: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 22, 23, 63. .
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
  • If you know that you will not be home for your delivery at least 24 hours ahead of time, please call our hotline or email us to change your delivery day/time.
  • If you are not at home for your delivery without any prior notice (acknowledged by our team), Joo Hwa Food reserves the right to charge you a restock fee of $10 in addition to the cost of fresh and frozen items in your order that cannot be restocked.
  • Joo Hwa Food reserves the right to deny future services to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries.
How do I change my delivery address and time after I've placed my order?
Please kindly whatsapp us at +65 91902288 or simply email sales@joohwafood.com.sg to change your delivery address and time. However, do note that change of delivery address and time can only be accepted at least 24 hours prior to your chosen delivery day/time. 
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us +65 64811088 or watsapp to +65 91902288 at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request - though we’d really appreciate it if you’d be able to give as much notice time as possible. We are, however, unable to accommodate cancellation requests once your order has begun processing which is less than 24 hours.
What if the products packaging is damaged?
It's our policy to tally and check the products once you received from the deliveryman, we will not be held responsible once the deliveryman leaves or you didn't want to proceed with the checking. Please kindly watsapp +65 91902288 regarding this issue, thank you.
One or more of the products i ordered did not arrive?
So sorry about it! We strive to inform you beforehand if an item you have ordered becomes unavailable before we deliver your order to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for products that you did not receive. Please check your final invoice to ensure that it has not been included in your total charge. However, if your final invoice reflects that you have been charged for the missing item(s), please contact 64811088, watsapp +65 91902288 or sales@joohwafood.com.sg. You will receive a refund on your original method of payment.
What if I want to give an Authority To Leave (ATL) for my delivery to my security guard/concierge?
As we follow a strict hygiene and food security policy, we will not leave/deliver our frozen products other than to the intended party.
Why does the item I received look different from the one on the website?
Our company or suppliers may change the country of origin or packaging of their products. We will try to ensure this information is reflected in the online store, but there may be instances where the country of origin or packaging of product received will be different from what is being displayed on the website. In addition, the best by date on the images on the website do not represent the actual best by dates of the products. Please refer to the Quality Promise for more information on best by dates.
Can I download and use the photo on your website?
Please kindly note that the images on our website belongs to Joo Hwa Food Manufacturer, you can write in to sales@joohwafood.com.sg for usage permission.
What are the modes of payment available?
You can choose to pay via Paypal,or Bank Transfer(will take 1 more working day to process), credit cards through Paypal website. (Please note there is a 3% handling fee added to cart when paying by PayPal or credit cards.)
Is there a minimum order to be fulfilled?
  • There is a minimum order of $50, excluding delivery charge of $7. For orders below $50, they would not be processed.
  • For purchases above $60, you enjoy free delivery.
