CNY Ordering info
Pre-ordering date for Chinese New Year delivery:
- 02/01/23 to 15/01/23 11:59pm.
- Payment must be made immediately after order is placed, otherwise it will be cancelled and you have to re-submit another new order. Goods and delivery slots subjected to availability.
- Delivery slots on 1st come 1st serve basis.
Minimum order amount for delivery:
- $98 with a $20 delivery fees.
- Free delivery for $198 and above.
- Additional peak delivery surcharge of $3 for 19/01/23 & 20/01/23.
- Specific-time delivery option at additional $28.
Important things to take note:
- Expect slight delays for orders to be delivered on 19/01/23 & 20/01/23, i seek your understanding for not rushing our drivers. Your orders will defintely be delivered.
We do not deliver on the following dates:
- 除夕 21/01(Self-collection avail till 1pm), 初一 22/01, 初二 23/01.

Self-collection orders details:
- Self collection available from now onwards.
- Self collection orders for 21/01/23 must be placed through phone call to our office: 64811088
- Our office (Ph: 64811088 or Whatsapp 86872288) will confirmed with you the collection time 3 days before collection date.
- Please collect your order at the allocated time-slot as we are observing social distancing measures.
Amendments/Cancellation of orders:
- All amendments eg. adding of products, change of delivery dates/time must be made before 15/01/23
- All cancellation must be made before 15/01/23, otherwise no refund will be given.
- All amendments/cancellation to be send via email sales@joohwafood.com.sg or whatsapp to 86872288, state your 5 digit order id and amendment details.
